What is Mp3?

Mp3 is a method for compressing audio files for digital distribution. Mp3 audio compression significantly reduces file sizes with very little loss in audio quality. Using Mp3 we are able to get all the Foundation Course teachings to you on only six CDs while ensuring you still get very good audio quality. The Mp3 compression has been kindly completed by the monks of Nalanda monastery in France.

However, if you wish to receive CD quality recordings of the teachings which arrive on many more CDs you may do so at an extra cost. All the teachings have been carefully edited and engineered a professional sound engineer who is also a Foundation Course graduate.
